REFINEIT-4KM is multicell system with 3 autonomous anode compartments. Only one compartment can be used when needed for refining small amounts of gold or all three to refine up to 4 kilo gold alloy per day.
REFINEIT-4KM also employ our latest modification of REFINEIT, with no consumables outside of nitric acid. No paper filters, no filtration equipment, no gold precipitation. Gold is refined in anode compartment, washed in anode compartment and collected as refined 24K powder.
REFINEIT-4KM is extremely simple in operation. So simple that there is no need for training.
REFINEIT-4KM is a multifunctional, small-footprint electrolytic system, designed to refine gold and silver. Where the gold refining process has historically been lengthy and involved, our innovative, patented process reduces gold refinement to a single step.
REFINEIT-4KM refines gold by dissolving and removing all base metals from the gold alloy (electroparting, patented), without actually dissolving the gold itself; once the process is complete, all that remains is 24K gold powder inside a paper bag.
With different electrolytes and membranes, REFINEIT-4KM also refines gold using fizzer cell protocol (dissolving gold) and Wohlwill protocol (plating gold on cathode). When using electroparting protocol, REFINEIT-4KM will refine almost any type of gold except computer boards. Gold-filled items must be mixed with solid karat gold before refining. REFINEIT will provide the best gold return with the lowest consumption of chemicals, and will reduce the entire process to a single, simple step, minimizing the need for human involvement.
Our latest proprietary protocols with additional equipment (pump and modifications to main system) will refine gold with very little toxic fumes produced. It will be even possible to refine some gold alloys (low or no silver in alloy) with absolutely no toxic fumes produced! Instead our system will produce oxygen!
